Hello, I'm Paul the Piano Tuner. I live in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, and I've been tuning, repairing, restoring and removing pianos for over 30 years.
I was apprentice-trained and have worked on a wide variety of instruments, from concert hall Steinways to small uprights. But no matter the size or make, I treat each one with care and respect.
A piano is a remarkable creation with more than 12,000 parts, so it's no surprise it needs regular maintenance to keep it in tip-top condition.
My charges are competitive and before I undertake any work I will provide a free assessment of your instrument to explain the sort of care it needs. This also applies to tuning.
It is difficult to estimate how much a job will cost in advance, as each varies depending on the level of work required. So please contact me to discuss your requirements.
